It was announced by the Chicago Tribune on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 that Perma-Seal was named a 2011 Chicago Tribune Top Workplace in Illinois. Out of the large number of companies that participated in the program, 128 companies were recognized as Top Workplaces in the region.

The special Chicago Tribune report recognizes the best places to work, judged by those who know best – the employees! These Chicago-area companies were selected from employee surveys, conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, that credited the companies for having dynamic, supportive and inclusive cultures. The surveys measured qualities including company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.
